Ahh, I am such a lazy and procrastinating woman! And I apologize for that. :P
But, I do have some more photos to share and more adventures with my photography. So, sit down with your head between your knees and enjoy the craziness. And, don't forget to wear your safety belt. Lord knows how many people I'd lose on this crazy train of mine if there was no invention of the seat belt.
Anyways; I want to tell everyone how I discovered the "Super Macro" feature on my camera, recently. Because this little discovery of mine-is pure love, right here:
Saw these pretty red beauties while I was on my break at work!
Yeah, I take my camera to work sometimes! Who knows, you might catch something pretty interesting while you're outside and walking around. Just can't believe the pretty things are still strong and haven't wilted away from this lack of rain. D:
I thought this one was pretty as well and it looked like it was sticking out it's tongue for the camera!
Dunno what type of flower this one is, anyone have a clue? I found it on a bush and it sort of reminded me of that loud mouthed man eating plant on the Broad way show, "Little Pet shop of Horrors."
And, I've noticed that Big Spring's getting a lot of Sun flowers, now. Not that I'm complaining because I think they're pretty and all but I haven't seen them since I was a little kid.
Guess I should talk about discovering the Macro super close feature on my camera now, shouldn't I?
Ah, so..I was playing around with the Macro feature on my camera to get a particular shot of a flower one afternoon and Presto! While I was playing around with it, I received the "Super Macro" feature and ever since loved playing around with it. <3
Anyways, to get that perfect shot; here's something my aunt Rhea taught me. ALWAYS hold your breath and after taking the picture, exhale. Dunno why but it's always helped me.
Hope you all like my Macro shots!
